Honoured with Global Leadership Excellence Award

Terry McCloy our Managing Director was honoured recently in London with a Global Leadership Excellence Award.

At the Career Partners Board meeting and Annual General Meeting Terry was recognised by Career Partners International with their Global Leadership Excellence Award in recognition of his contributions to Career Partners as a Board Member and as the Asia Pacific Leader for Career Partners International.

Terry is internationally recognised as Strategic Business Transformation expert, a leading Coach and one of the most successful business leaders in New Zealand within the HR, OD and Career Transition fields.

He founded the Virtual Resources Group in 1994. The companies within the group today are leaders in their fields and are known for their innovative thinking  and their ability to deliver outstanding results as well as the World Best Practice thinking that drives them.

Career Partners New Zealand is the group's Career Transition & Outplacement business in New Zealand and in 2015 won the Global Participant Excellence Award (voted on by participants) against 48 other countries worldwide.

And Management Search International is a leading Search & Recruitment business that in 2000 was selected as a World Best Practice for its methodology and search performance.

Over the last 10 years the Group has expanded significantly with the establishment of new businesses that include Strategic People Solutions (an Asia Pacific change & transformation business), Talent Express (a project recruitment business) and Talent Navigator (an online assessment business that specialises in Re-Engagement & Talent Pathways).

Terry is an innovative thinker who has become an advisor to many senior leaders both within business and outside of business.

The award for Global Leadership Excellence is a fitting recognition of Terry's contribution.
